Receta Blackened Shrimp Caesar Salad Planted Earth Cafe

Ingredientes
- 1 quart Loosely packed Romaine lettuce
- 4 ounce Prepared Caesar dressing
- 1/2 ounce Or possibly 1 heaping Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. Seasoned croutons
- 1 slc Red onion rings
- 1 Tbsp. Julienne red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Diced tomato
- 1 x Lemon wedge
- 1 tsp Veg. oil
- 1 Tbsp. Cajun spice
- 3 ounce Shrimp, (41/50 ct.)
Direcciones
- Wash and cut Romain lettuce. Toss greens with Caesar dressing, croutons, and Parmesan cheese. Place in bowl. Heat skillet, season shrimp in cajun spice. Blacken shrimp on each side and place over Caesar greens. Garnish salad with red onion, tomato, red pepper, lemon and serve warm.
