Ingredientes
- 1 c. cool water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. cool lowfat milk
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 lg. Large eggs
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
Direcciones
- Chill for 2 hrs before cooking. Pour approximately 3 Tbsp. of batter in warm lightly buttered or possibly oiled 7 inch pan. Tilt and swirl pan till batter covers the bottom of the pan in a thin film. Cook till lightly brown, turn and cook 1/2 minute.
