Ingredientes
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced cucumber
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 to 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Direcciones
- Throw everything in blender. Blend till desired consistency. Chill several hrs before serving.
