- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. cool lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- Dash of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. coconut
Direcciones
- Combine ingredients in a blender, turn to high speed and count to 10 slowly. Turn blender off; pour into a well greased 10 inch pie pan. Take at 350 degrees for 40 min.
