Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 stick butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. coconut or possibly 1 can coconut
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except coconut in blender. Blend and pour in pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees approximately 50 min or possibly till knife comes out clean.
