  • 2 x Lemons - thin skinned
  • 45 ml Caster sugar
  • 560 ml Water
  • 1 x Egg
  • 4 x Ice cubes Mint sprigs

Direcciones

  1. Wipe lemons, cut into pcs and place in blender. Add in sugar and water and blend for 30 seconds. Wash egg and add in, whole to the blender with the ice cubes. Replace lid and blend for further 30 seconds. Strain into a jug or possibly glass, add in ice if liked and decorate with mint sprigs.
