Receta Blender Pea Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 (17 ounce.) can green peas, undrained
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 teaspoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 sm. onion, peeled & quartered
Direcciones
- 1. Put peas with liquid into an electric blender container. Add in 1 c. lowfat milk, butter, flour, salt, nutmeg and sugar. Cover and blend thoroughly. Remove cover and add in onion, a qt at a time, continuing to blend.
- 2. Pour mix into an electric cooker.
- 3. Use the remaining 1/2 c. lowfat milk to rinse out blender (cover blender and turn on, then off). Pour into cooker.
- 4. Cover and cook on low 1 hour. About 1 qt of soup.
