Receta Blender Pineapple Sherbet

Ingredientes
- 2 Large eggs, separated
- 18 sugar substitutes
- 1 can crushed pineapple in own juice
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 1 tbsp. water
Direcciones
- Combine egg yolks, sugar, pineapple including juice, lemon juice, and buttermilk in a blender. Blend well. Soften gelatin in water in a small saucepan over low heat till dissolved. Add in this to the blender mix and blend. Place the mix in ice trays and freeze. When frzn place in the blender. Blend and serve.
