Receta Blender Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 lg. can Carnation evaporated lowfat milk and water to make 2 c.
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1 (No. 2) can pumpkin
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. bisquick
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Direcciones
- Put all in blender and blend for 2 min. Pour into large greased and floured pie pan. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees. You will never make a pie crust for pumpkin pie again!!
