- 2/3 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2/3 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 2 c. Blueberries Cooking spray
Direcciones
- Combind Dry Ingredients in a bowl. Add in lowfat milk and whisk till smooth.
- Lightly spray a casserole disk with cooking spray. Pour in batter and sprinkle blueberries on top. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 min or possibly till lightly browned.
