- 1 c. AM Blue Cornmeal
- 1 c. AM Buckwheat Flour
- 3/4 tsp Sea salt (optional)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Non-alum baking pwdr
- 2 c. Lowfat milk or possibly soymilk
- 1 1/2 tsp Unrefined Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 c. Blueberries
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients and liquids separately. Stir mixtures together just till lumps disappear. Pour batter onto warm, oiled griddle, turning once.
- Serve warm with your favorite sweetener.
