Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Garlic, fresh, finely minced
- 4 c. Lettuce, torn
- 1 med Avocado, peeled, cut into wedges
- 1 med Tomato, ripe, cut into wedges
- 1/2 c. Onion, sliced 1/8 thick, separated into rings
- 1 can ( 11 ounce. ) Mandarin orange segments, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
- 8 slc Bacon, crisp, crumbled
Direcciones
- Time: 20 min In a small bowl stir together all dressing ingredients. On a platter or possibly individual salad plates place lettuce. Arrange avocado, tomato, onion and mandarin orange segments on lettuce; sprinkle with blue cheese and bacon. Pour dressing over salad.
