Receta Blue Hawaii Broccoli Slaw

- 1 jar (26-oz) Mixed fruit
- 1 pkt (16-oz) Broccoli slaw
- 1/2 c. blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 bn scallions minced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Direcciones
- Drain mixed fruit reserving 2 Tbsp. juice. In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, mixed fruit, blue cheese crumbles and scallions; set aside. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, reserved fruit juice, lemon juice and pepper. Spoon over broccoli slaw mix and toss to proportionately coat. Cover and refrigerateto blend flavors.
