Receta Blueberries & Cream Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
- 3 to 4 c. blueberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon or possibly more cinnamon
Direcciones
- Fill pie shell with blueberries. Don't overfill. In a separate bowl, mix sugar with flour. Sprinkle flour mix over blueberries. Drizzle cream over all. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 min, then bake at 300 degrees for approximately 45 min till thickened. Refrigerateif you like. (Can also use peaches instead of blueberries, or possibly a combination of both.)
