Receta Blueberry Apple Muffies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 3/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1 x Large egg
- 1/4 c. Low-fat buttermilk
- 3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 1/2 c. Chopped unpeeled tart apple
- 3/4 c. Blueberries, fresh or possibly frzn
Direcciones
- Combine dry ingredients in 1-qt mixing bowl. Mix well. Add in egg, buttermilk, butter and chopped apple to bowl. Stir to combine (disregard any small lumps). Gently stir in blueberries. If blueberries are frzn, bake batter immediately. Otherwise, refrigeratebatter till thickened, covered airtight, at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight. Drop 2 TBS chilled batter, 2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheets. Sprinkle with more cereal, if you like. Bake in center of 425-degree oven till tops have taken slight tinge and edges are very lightly browned, about 7-8 min, rotating pans if browning irregularly. Don't overbake. Cold on racks.
