Receta Blueberry Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1/2 c. blueberries
Direcciones
- Combine sugar and butter, beating in egg. Add in bananas, beating well. Stir in juice. Combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt. Sift together. Add in to banana mix. Add in walnuts and blueberries. Pour into greased bread pan. Let stand for 15 min. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 1 loaf. Moist and delicious!
