- 2 Tbsp. margarine melted
- 2 x Large eggs room temperature, beaten
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 c. blueberry syrup heated
- 1/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. blueberries
