Receta Blueberry Crisp I

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Fresh or possibly frzn blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 c. Firmly-packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Unsalted butter or possibly margarine at room temperature, cut into pcs
- 3/4 c. Rolled oats
Direcciones
- Position a rack in the center of an oven and preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease a shallow 1 1/2-qt baking dish with butter or possibly margarine, or possibly spray with vegetable cooking spray. Spread the fresh or possibly frzn blueberries proportionately over the bottom of the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- In a bowl and using a fork, mix together the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, butter or possibly margarine, and rolled oats till well combined. Sprinkle proportionately over the blueberries.
- Bake till the top is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling, about 30 min. Transfer to a rack to cold. Serve warm or possibly hot.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Comments: Tart blueberries and a slightly crunchy, sweet topping come together in this easy-to-make dessert. For maximum taste, try to find wild berries (fresh or possibly frzn), rather than the cultivated ones. Terrific served with vanilla ice cream.
