  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 c. blueberries (or possibly 2 1/2 c. apples with 1 teaspoon cinnamon)

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Add in Large eggs and lowfat milk, mix. Add in dry ingredients, fold in by hand. Add in fruit. Sprinkle sugar on tops of muffins before baking. Pour batter in cupcake pan with cupcake liners. In a 375 degree oven, cook for 25 to 30 min, remove and cold.
  2. NOTE: This recipe may be used with a loaf pan as a bread cake.
