Ingredientes
- 2 c. self rising flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Dash of salt
- 2 teaspoon confectioners' sugar
- 6 tbsp. Crisco
- 1 c. buttermilk
- Melted butter, for brushing top after first 10 min in oven.
Direcciones
- Sift first four ingredients into bowl. Stir in Crisco and lowfat milk. Mix well. Form into biscuits or possibly roll and cut as you prefer. Place on greased pan and PRESS VERY FLAT.
- Bake at 350 to 425 degrees for 10 min. Remove from oven and brush tops with melted butter. Return to oven and continue baking 10 min or possibly till done. Will be a pretty golden.
