- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp onion pwdr
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp fresh grnd pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 x 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Combine first 8 ingredients. Rub each chicken breast with a portion of spice mix to coat. Heat oil in a large skillet, Cook chicken over medium heat for several min on each side till juices run clear.
