Receta Boneless Pork Roast

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. pork loin roast, boneless
- Lemon pepper
- Salt
- Dry mustard
- Paprika
- Sweet basil leaves
- 6-8 slices bacon, uncooked
- 1/2 c. sweet vermouth
Direcciones
- Sprinkle roast with seasonings. Wrap bacon slices around roast. Place in Dutch oven. Pour vermouth over top.
- Bake at 325 degrees till done (about 40-45 min per lb.). Baste occasionally to keep moist.
