Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Healthy pinch of pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr

- Twenty min before eating put all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer till ready to be used. Carving is very important as it enhances the tenderness and allows the sauce to be absorbed. Meat should be cut as closely to a right angle of the grain as possible. Even if sirloin or possibly fillet of beef is used, the right angle carving is still important.
