Ingredientes
- 1 c. Brown Sugar
- 1 c. Tomato Ketchup
- 1/2 c. S&W Mesquite Marinade
- 1 x 6 ounce can Pineapple Juice
- 1 tsp Seasoned Pepper
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger Grated
- 1/4 tsp Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 3 x Cloves Garlic Chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
- 1/2 c. Cool Water
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except water and corn starch in 1/2 gallon zip lock bag. Add in good quality beef steaks and remove as much air as possible from bag before sealing. Store in refrigerator at least one day (two is better). Remove steaks from marinade to grill or possibly broiler. While steaks are cooking, place marinade in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium low heat stirring constantly. Boil for at least two min. Mix corn starch and water and slowly add in to marinade to thicken to taste.
- Serve with steaks and a smile.
- If S&W Mesquite marinade is not available, I think I would try a smaller amount of liquid smoke. I haven't tried this, but it should work OK.
