Receta Borage Cider Cup

Ingredientes
- 600 ml Dry cider, (1 pint)
- 1 x Lemon, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. Minced borage leaves
- 300 ml Orange juice, (1/2 pint)
- 600 ml Soda water, (1 pint)
- 6 sprg flowering borage, (optional)
Direcciones
- 1. Stir the minced herbs into the pineapple juice and refrigeratefor several hrs.
- 2. When ready to serve, strain and stir in the mineral water.
- 3. Add in a dash of bitters.
- 4. Serve each helping with a measure of vodka if you like and a marjoram flower floating on the top.
- NOTES : Borage has been used to flavour and garnish wine c. since the time of the ancient Greeks, who said which the herb banished melancholy and made people cheerful. Certainly, the sight of the bright blue flowers bobbing on the top of this delicious mix are sufficient to raise anyone''s spirits !
