Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Shortening
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 box Raisins
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1 c. Coconut
- 1 c. Nuts
Direcciones
- Blend sugar and shortening. Add in Large eggs. Sift flour and salt. Cook raisins, reserve 1/2 c. of raisin juice to dissolve soda in. Mix all ingredients together and drop by spoonful. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min. These cookies won't spread.
