Receta Boulders' Achiote Paste

Ingredientes
- 10 x ancho chilies stemmed, seeded
- 3 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 tsp grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 2 ounce white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. anatto seeds
- 2 x garlic cloves Kosher salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Simply puree all the ingredients in a blender till smooth. Season afterwards with salt and pepper and begin marinating.
- This is a great Southwestern marinade for seafood, chicken, even beef tenderloin!
