Ingredientes
- 3/4 lb butter or possibly margarine
- 1 lrg packag marshmallows
- 4 lrg cans sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c. bourbon (or possibly more if you like)
Direcciones
- In a double boiler, put butter and marshmallows (save a few for decoration). Cook till marshmallows dissolve and mix is sticky and gooey.
- Drain sweet potatoes, put in mixing bowl and beat well with marshmallow mix and bourbon.
- Dot with marshmallows, then bake in 350-degree oven till warm.
