Receta Boysenberry Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 1/4 c. Crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. Softened butter or possibly margarine
- 3 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pt Lowfat sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pkt (10-ounce) frzn Boysenberries
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
Direcciones
- Blend crushed graham crackers, sugar and soft butter or possibly margarine and pat into bottom only of large, deep, spring-form pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the cream cheese, Large eggs, sugar and vanilla till smooth and pour into pan. Bake 35 min. Chill 30 min to stop cooking action. Mix together lowfat sour cream, sugar and vanilla till smooth and spread over cake. Bake 5 min at 350 degrees. Chill till cold.
- To make topping, cook Boysenberries with sugar and cornstarch over medium heat, stirring till thickened. Cold and add in to top of cake. Chill.
