Receta Boysenberry Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Fresh Boysenberries
- 1/4 lb Margarine - (1 stick) at room temperature
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. Water
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line an 8-inch or possibly 9-inch-square baking dish with Boysenberries.
- Make batter by mixing margarine, 1/2 c. sugar, lowfat milk, flour, baking pwdr, salt, and vanilla. Pour batter over fruit and spread proportionately. Mix remaining sugar and water. Pour over batter. Bake for 1 hour. Serve hot with cream, ice cream, or possibly whipped cream.
