Receta Boysenberry Honeydew Parfaits

- 1 1/2 c. pineapple sherbet
- 1 1/2 c. Boysenberries
- 1/4 c. all fruit Boysenberry spread, melted
- 1 c. honeydew melons, diced
Direcciones
- Boysenberries, honeydew melon and pineapple sherbet are layered in parfait glasses for a refreshing and light meal ending.
- Spoon about 2 Tbsp. sherbet into each of 4 parfait glasses or possibly dessert dishes. In small bowl, gently mix Boysenberries and Boysenberry spread. Spoon about 3 Tbsp. Boysenberry mix over sherbet in each glass. Top each with 1/4 c. melon, 2 Tbsp. sherbet, 3 Tbsp. Boysenberry mix and 2 Tbsp. sherbet. Garnish with favorite cookie, if you like.
