Receta Bran Diet Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Bran Buds
- 1/3 c. powdered lowfat milk
- 2 large eggs
- 4 pkg. Sweet 'n Low
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 2 shakes cinnamon
- 1/3 c. plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce or possibly crushed pineapple
Direcciones
- Mix together the first 8 ingredients. Add in the 1/2 cup applesauce or possibly pineapple (I prefer the pineapple). Fill muffin cups more than half full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min or possibly till done. Store in sealed container in refrigerator. I usually get 6 large muffins.
