Receta Bread: Garlic And Oregano Croutons

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x Garlic cloves, finely Minced
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Romano Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Dry oregano, crumbled
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 6 x 1/3-inch-thick slices of French bread baguette
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. Heat extra virgin olive oil in heavy small skillet over low heat. Add in garlic and saute/fry' till garlic is just golden brown, about 2 min. Drain immediately. (Reserve oil for another use.) Combine garlic with Romano cheese, oregano and pepper in small bowl. Place bread slices on small baking sheet. Sprinkle garlic mix proportionately over bread. Bake till cheese melts and croutons are golden on edges, approximately 10 min.
