Receta Bread Pudding With Vanilla Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 quart. coarse bread cubes
- 2 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Soak bread in lowfat milk; set aside till cold. Add in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 1 1/2-qt baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 min.
