Receta Quick Bean Salad With Tuna

Ingredientes
- 7 ounce (198g) can of solid light
- Â Â Tuna, liquid removed
- 19 ounce (540ml) romano beans, rinsed
- Â Â And liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Thinly sliced or possibly diced red
- Â Â Onion
- 2 x Italian plum tomatoes in
- Â Â Wedges
- 1/2 c. Sliced black olives
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley,finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Break up tuna fish and combine with beans, onions, tomatoes and olives. In separate bowl whisk together lemon juice, parsley and oil. Pour over mix. Toss to coat and serve. Additional oil and lemon juice may be added if you like.
