Receta Bread & Sausage Stuffing

Ingredientes
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1 1/4 c. minced celery
- 4 quarts. soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 sm. jar mushrooms
Direcciones
- Cook sausage and combine with remaining ingredients. This makes a moist stuffing. For a dry stuffing use dry bread crumbs.
- Makes sufficient for a 10 lb. bird with sufficient left over for 5 to 6 stuffing molds, unless your family likes it as much as mine, then I double the recipe for 20 to 25 people.
