I find myself eating this meal at least once a week....either for lunch or dinner. The combination of sweet and sour will ALWAYS be one of my favorites.....

  1. Combine sesame oil, hoisin sauce lemon & lime juice and vinegar in a small bowl (Hoisin sauce mixture). Mix well and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with , salt and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken into flour. Dip again into the beated eggs. Dip again into bread crumbs until chicken breast is fully coated.
  4. Add sesame oil to wok add garlic and deep-fry chicken until golden brown in Add bell peppers, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add pineapple
  6. Serve with Hoisin sauce mixture over brown rice and garnish with a lemon,lime, orange wedge twist
