Receta Breaded Porkchops
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb pork loin (about 3 slices)
- 1 piece raw egg
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Whisk egg and milk together in a shallow bowl.
- Dip each loin in the egg mixture then dredge in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
- Fry in the hot oil for about 6 minutes on each side or until color turns golden brown.
- Serve hot with atchara.
