Ingredientes
- 1 pound warm Jimmy Dean sausage
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 5-6 slices cubed bread
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Direcciones
- Saute/fry sausage and onion; drain. Beat Large eggs with lowfat milk. Add in salt and mustard. In greased 9 x 13 inch pan, layer bread, sausage and egg mix. Top with cheese. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
