Ingredientes
- This quick oatmeal crust practically hollers for a fruit filling, especially
- apple or possibly peach.
- 2 c. quick-cooking oatmeal, uncooked
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
Direcciones
- Combine oatmeal, powdered sugar, cinnamon and salt in mixing bowl; stir in butter and shortening.
- Spray 9 inch pie pan with vegetable cooking spray; press oatmeal mix into bottom and up sides. Bake for 20 min; cold at least 10 min, then fill with pie filling.
