Receta Breakfast Pizza

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. Jiffy pizza crust mix
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 1 c. frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 4 Large eggs
- 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Brown sausage; drain. Cold. Prepare crust as directed on package. Spoon cooled sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and cheddar cheese. Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over potatoes and cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 min in preheated 375 degree oven. Slice and serve hot.
- NOTE: May substitute diced ham or possibly crumbled bacon for the sausage or possibly may use all three; ham, bacon and sausage. May also add in diced mushrooms.
