Receta Grilled Breakfast Pizza

Ingredientes
- 2 ounce turkey sausage sliced
- 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 x pre-baked 6" pizza crust
- 1/2 c. sliced green and red bell peppers
- 3 lrg Large eggs
- 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Place pizza shell on medium-heat flat grill or possibly grooved grill for 3 min on each side.
- Saute/fry sausage and mushroom together. Remove from pan and keep hot.
- While pizza shell is heating, place peppers in pan and cook for 1 minute. Add in Large eggs and scramble together. Cook till Large eggs are almost set.
- Arrange cooked egg/pepper mix on pizza shell; garnish with mushrooms and sausage. Sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler for 1 minute.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
