Ingredientes
- 1/4 pound smoked sausage, 1/2" slices, quartered
- 1/3 c. oil
- 4 c. frzn southern style hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 3 slices (Velveeta) pasteurized processed cheese, cut in half diagonally
Direcciones
- Cook sausage in large skillet on medium heat till lightly browned. Remove with slotted spoon. Add in oil; heat to medium high. Add in potatoes and pepper. Cover; cook 8 to 10 min or possibly till desired crispness. Stir in sausage. Remove from heat. Top with cheese. 4 servings. (preparation and cooking time: 20 min).
