Receta Crabmeat Stuffed Breast Of Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 c. Cream Salt Pepper
- 1 c. Crabmeat
- 1 c. Minced mushrooms Bread crumbs
- 4 whl chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 2 x Or possibly
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 1/2 c. Cream Salt Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Dill
- 1 c. Sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. White wine
- 2 x Limes, juice of
Direcciones
- Heat butter and add in flour to make a roux. Slowly add in cream to make a smooth sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add in crabmeat, mushrooms and sufficient bread crumbs to bind the stuffing. Lb. each breast thin and fill each with stuffing. Roll to enclose. Dip each breast first into the beaten Large eggs, then into bread crumbs. Saute/fry in oil till golden. Remove from pan and drain. Bake at 450 for 5 min to finish cooking. To make sauce, heat butter and add in flour to make a roux. Slowly add in cream. Add in seasonings to taste, mushrooms, wine and lime juice. Heat. Serve over stuffed chicken breasts. Yisld: 4 servings.
