Receta Breast Of Chicken Over Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 pound chicken breast (or possibly thighs)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. uncooked white rice
- 1 soup can of lowfat milk
- 1 env. onion soup mix
Direcciones
- Mix soup, lowfat milk and 1/2 envelope soup fold in casserole. Add in rice, chicken, and sprinkle remaining soup mix over top of mix. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake another 15 min.
