  1. Preheat oven to 225.
  2. Heat butter, brown sugar and sugar in a saucepan over very low heat till sugars are dissolved.
  3. Gradually add in cream, beating till smooth. Add in nutmeg and continue to cook till thickened and caramelized.
  4. Place Brie in a pie plate and pour the caramel over the top.
  5. Bake for 10 min or possibly till Brie softens to desired consistency. Remove from oven and sprinkle with almonds. Let stand 5 min before serving.
  6. Serving Ideas : Terrific when served on baguette slices.
