Receta Brisket Beer Mop

Ingredientes
- 1 can beer - (12 ounce)
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/3 c. light oil (Canola is good)
- 1 sm onion diced
- 3 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cayenne
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan over low heat. Cook till thoroughly dissolved. Mop over brisket ever hour till brisket is cooked. Brisket will take 1 to 1 1/4 hrs per lb. in a smoker at about 200 to 220 degrees.
