Ingredientes

  • 1 sht Matzah per person, (or possibly more as desired)
  • 1 x egg per sheet of matzah lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Break up the Matzah into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add in the egg and some lowfat milk.
  3. Mix together and let the mix soak for 10 min.
  4. Heat a fry pan and pour in the mix. Let the mix sit in the warm pan for 5 to 10 min.
  5. Put the Matzah Brei onto a plate then put it back into the pan uncooked side down. Let it sit for another 5 min.
  6. When you take out the Matzah Brei it should be golden.
  7. To serve cut pcs out as if it were a cake and add in either sugar or possibly salt depending on your taste.
