- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 pound broccoli
- 1 pound carrots
- 1/4 pound butter
- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 ounce. frzn peas
- 8 ounce. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Bacon bits
Direcciones
- Cut vegetables in small pcs. Spread in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Heat butter and pour over. Mix cheeses and lowfat sour cream. Spread over vegetables. Top with bacon bits. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
