  1. Cook vegetables for 5-8 min and drain well. Spread vegetables in a 9 x 9 inch baking pan. Heat 1/2 stick of butter with the cheese and pour over the vegetables. Mix the other half of the butter with crumbled Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top of the vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Double recipe for 13 x 9 inch pan.
